Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of Applify (“Applify”, “we”, “us”), the automated job-application service at tryapplify.com. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Applify.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information about yourself, to keep it current, and to use Applify only for your own job search unless we agree otherwise in writing.
3. Description of the service
Applify is an automated job-application assistant. It uses the profile, resume, preferences, and answers you provide to help prepare and submit applications to employers and applicant-tracking systems on your behalf. You authorize Applify to take those application actions for you.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Applify, submit false or misleading information, impersonate anyone, violate employer or job-board rules, scrape or abuse third-party sites, interfere with our systems, reverse engineer the service, or use Applify for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted through your account.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are sold and billed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your purchase and handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoices, and related billing administration. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
6. Intellectual property
Applify, including its software, design, branding, and service content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of the resume, profile, and other materials you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, adapt, and submit those materials to provide the service.
7. Disclaimers
Applify is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, employer responses, or that any third-party job site will accept or process an application.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Applify in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using Applify, cancel your subscription, or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Applify or others, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Applify, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local law gives you mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived by contract.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes or legal requirements evolve. When we make changes, we will post the updated Terms here and update the effective date above. Continued use of Applify after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
